Balloon Jacket by Petiteknit, No 2 yarn kit (ex pattern)

Yarn kit for the Balloon jacket designed by PetiteKnit. The Balloon Jacket is a heavy cardigan or jacket, oversize with large balloon shaped sleeves. Use it for cold winter days or as a light jacket in spring and fall.

The Balloon Jacket is knit from the bottom up in knit stitches with rib stitch edges. The body and sleeves are knit separately and sewn together afterwards.

We knit it here in to threads of Önling No 2, a soft and sustainable yarn made of 100% merino wool.

Measurements:

Gauge:13.5 sts x 23 rows in garter st = 10 x 10 cm/4 x 4 inches.

Suggested needles:7 mm and 6 mm (US size 10.5-11 and 10) / 100 and 60 cm (40 and 24 inches) circular needles.

This yarn kit does not contain the original yarn used by PetiteKnit, but carefully selected yarn that matches the gauge:
500 (500) 550 (600) 650 g Önling No 2, knit with 2 thread throughout the work.
